    2. e) Processing of personal data: All kinds of operations performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganising, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that they are part of any data recording system,<\/li>\n

          Ancak kanun, 5. maddenin 2. f\u0131kras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zan\u0131n istisnalar\u0131n\u0131 (m\u00fcstesna halleri) d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

          (2) A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fartlardan birinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00e2linde, ilgili ki\u015finin a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zas\u0131 aranmaks\u0131z\u0131n ki\u015fisel verilerinin i\u015flenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n

          2. b) Fiili imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131k nedeniyle r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayamayacak durumda bulunan veya r\u0131zas\u0131na hukuki ge\u00e7erlilik tan\u0131nmayan ki\u015finin kendisinin ya da bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n hayat\u0131 veya beden b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in zorunlu olmas\u0131.<\/li>\n
          3. c) Bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin kurulmas\u0131 veya ifas\u0131yla do\u011frudan do\u011fruya ilgili olmas\u0131 kayd\u0131yla, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin taraflar\u0131na ait ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmesinin gerekli olmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00e7) Veri sorumlusunun hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirebilmesi i\u00e7in zorunlu olmas\u0131.<\/p>\n

            1. d) \u0130lgili ki\u015finin kendisi taraf\u0131ndan alenile\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131.<\/li>\n

                8.K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER\u0130N\u0130Z\u0130N PAYLA\u015eILMASI<\/p>\n

                Siz de\u011ferli kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za ait toplam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ki\u015fisel verilerin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerle, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc parti yaz\u0131l\u0131mlarla ve i\u015ftiraklerle payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 onay\u0131n\u0131z olmas\u0131 durumunda m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kural olarak kullan\u0131c\u0131 onay olmaks\u0131z\u0131n ki\u015fisel verileriniz \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerle, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc parti yaz\u0131l\u0131mlarla payla\u015f\u0131lmamakta, aktar\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

                \u0130stisnaen, y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan mevzuat\u0131n ve di\u011fer eklerinin getirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler nedeniyle ve bunlarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere mahkemeler ve di\u011fer kamu otoriteleri ile ki\u015fisel veriler mevzuata uygun \u015fekilde payla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, taahh\u00fct etti\u011fimiz hizmetleri sa\u011flayabilmek, veri g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flayabilmek ve sizlere daha iyi hizmet sunabilmek i\u00e7in anla\u015fmal\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere ki\u015fisel veri aktar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131labilecektir.                 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanununun 11. maddesi uyar\u0131nca;<\/p>\n

                Herkes, veri sorumlusuna ba\u015fvurarak kendisiyle ilgili;<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. a) Ki\u015fisel veri i\u015flenip i\u015flenmedi\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li>\n
                2. b) Ki\u015fisel verileri i\u015flenmi\u015fse buna ili\u015fkin bilgi talep etme,<\/li>\n
                3. c) Ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenme amac\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n amac\u0131na uygun kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \u00e7) Yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ki\u015fisel verilerin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fileri bilme,<\/p>\n

                  1. d) Ki\u015fisel verilerin eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde bunlar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesini isteme,<\/li>\n
                  2. e) 7 nci maddede \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fartlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ki\u015fisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,<\/li>\n
                  3. f) (d) ve (e) bentleri uyar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan i\u015flemlerin, ki\u015fisel verilerin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere bildirilmesini isteme,<\/li>\n
                  4. g) \u0130\u015flenen verilerin m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran otomatik sistemler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla analiz edilmesi suretiyle ki\u015finin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na itiraz etme,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    \u011f) Ki\u015fisel verilerin kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak i\u015flenmesi sebebiyle zarara u\u011framas\u0131 h\u00e2linde zarar\u0131n giderilmesini talep etme,haklar\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n

                    Haklar\u0131n\u0131zla ilgili bize ba\u015fvurmak i\u00e7in imc.com.tr<\/strong>\u00a0 iletisim sayfas\u0131n\u0131 ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer alan ileti\u015fim bilgilerini kullanabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n

                    10.\u0130LG\u0130L\u0130 K\u0130\u015e\u0130N\u0130N HAKLARININ KULLANIMI<\/p>\n

                    S\u00f6z konusu haklar, ki\u015fisel veri sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan imc.com.tr<\/strong>\u00a0 adresinde yer alan Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 ve \u0130\u015flenmesi Politikas\u0131\u2019nda belirtilen y\u00f6ntemlerle iletilmesi halinde 30 (otuz) g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde de\u011ferlendirilerek sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Taleplere ili\u015fkin olarak herhangi bir \u00fccret talep edilmemesi esas olmakla birlikte, \u015eirket\u2019in Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen \u00fccret tarifesi \u00fczerinden \u00fccret talep etme hakk\u0131 sakl\u0131d\u0131r. Talep sonucunuz 30. g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonuna kadar size bize ba\u015fvurmu\u015f oldu\u011funuz kanal arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla iletilecektir. Yasal saklama s\u00fcresi dolan ki\u015fisel verileriniz (EK maddeden ula\u015fabilirsiniz.) saklama s\u00fcresinin bitimini takip eden ilk periyodik imha zaman\u0131nda imha edilir.S\u00fcresi sona eren ve ki\u015fisel verinin saklanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirecek ba\u015fka herhangi bir veri i\u015fleme amac\u0131 mevcut olmayan ki\u015fisel verileri, saklama s\u00fcrelerinin sona ermesini takiben 180 g\u00fcn (6 ay) i\u00e7erisinde anonim hale getirilir. Ayr\u0131ca ilgili ki\u015fi haklar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fvurarak ki\u015fisel verilerinizin imha edilmesini isteyebilirsiniz. (Haklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili 11. maddeye g\u00f6z atabilir veya bizimle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ebilirsiniz.)<\/p>\n

                    11.G\u00dcNCELLEMELER<\/p>\n

                    Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Politikam\u0131z s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00fcncellenmektedir. Yap\u0131lan mevzuat de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine ilk f\u0131rsatta uyarlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu sayfan\u0131n alt\u0131nda yer alan son g\u00fcncelleme tarihini inceleyerek en son ne zaman g\u00fcncellendi\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olabilirsiniz.
