A.S. carries out a large-scale, economically important production by using the Galvanised Coating method, which is one of the most effective methods among corrosion protection techniques.
Barbed wire, razor wire, fence wire, spiral fence wire (fens mesh), straightening wire, pvc coated wire production, panel fence systems, suspension and suspended ceiling wires, bucket handles and other industrial activities.

High Coating Galvanised Wire
Wire production is carried out in desired coating thickness according to customer demand. Thanks to the nitrogen stripping system in our facilities, wire and TS EN 10244-2, Class A coatings are produced in the range of 100 - 300 gr / m2 coating thickness.

In the facilities controlled by automation system, fluidised bed annealing furnace and open flame annealing furnace options provide the desired strength range without any problem.

Commercial Quality, High Coating and High Strength Galvanised Wires are packed in the sizes and quantities specified in the list.

Package Options : 50 kg - 1000 kg Badge Winding
Commercial quality 400 - 500 kg packaging is made, depending on demand, packaging can be made in desired sizes, wire length can be specified.
Special packaging of 5 kg - 50 kg is available upon request.
